They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I've been trying to get oxygen machine for over 3 weeks now. They want you to jump through hoops so they can continue the run around. I wish I read reviews first.
Bad customer service, very disrespectful employees
Just finished talking to them, after 40 minutes in the phone , hoping from line to line and representative to representative they couldn’t give me any answer. They are charging me 182 dollars for CPAP supplies that I never asked for and were delivered to a wrong address. Terrible experience.
