Requested a pick up of equipment 3 times now, can’t get in touch with anyone on the phone have been on hold for 10 minutes. Need help and no one to help. Wow!!!!! Not very good business practices.
I called today trying to help my dad get a replacement nebulizer machine and was very frustrated between insurance and trying to get a physicians order quickly. Buying a Cpap isn't often a pleasant, but it was here. Thanks again. People are great But the never ending robo calls are going to get them blocked. I need a new mask and headgear. I replaced the cup / noe cone, but it's leaking like a sieve.
