I was working with this company and another to get a CPAP machine. It was absolute chaos with this company. I called at least 4 times, left messages and never got a return call. The fifth call they finally answered. The woman said yes we have your machine ready to go and I said why did it take me so many calls and why do I have to call for the update on my order, you actually get paid to call me. They were awesome getting us some tanks swapped while we were visiting Florida.
Worst company! Use a different provider. I’ve been waiting 3 months for my new equipment. They always have an excuse, say it will be pushed to shipping today. That was 2 months ago. I only live 30 minutes away.
Update: I received an auto reply from the company requesting that I contact their corporate office via email. I will not be doing that. I am so discussed with this company that I don't even want to speak to the owner himself. The owner should get his company in order 1st. The negative reviews speak for themselves and he doesn't need to talk to the customers in order to do that. I m trying to find a phone number and all numbers go to after hours recording even tho I am calling during business hours. I have a huge oxygen concentrator and other questions but cannot speak to anyone
