I had been trying to get my mother a lightweight collapsable wheelchair for almost 2 weeks and was not getting anywhere because the one company I was going through was adamant to receive the order via Fax through a system called Parachute. I would give a ZERO if I could. The worst company EVER. Finally, our sleep doctor started using Nationwide Medical in CA for CPAP supplies. This company is horrible but we were told no other options. Nationwide great customer service and turnaround time.
I was struggling to get an accurate prescription from the doctor ordering my mom’s oxygen when Brittany stepped in and saved the day. She took over and called the doctor’s office and within a half hour everything was all set. They even delivered that afternoon. Ryan, the delivery person, patiently explained the system and now mom is blissfully sleeping with her oxygen on. Thank you!
One week ago I received an oxygen system from them and the tubing is low quality, thin, easily kinked and flattened, even up where it attaches to the tank. I called and asked for a better quality tubing and the receptionist just blew me off saying that it's all they carry but I know they can just order the tubing with thicker walls so it doesn't collapse so easily. Don't waist your time with this low quality service.
Terrible. I’m a type 1 diabetic who relies on my supplies to monitor condition. I keep up with my lab work, doctors appointments, and calling to get my order refilled. This is the second time now where I call Rotech for an order refill and am told ok it’s in process. Then called back 5 days later to follow up and told we can’t submit your order until we get an updated note from your doctor. I have to stop what I’m doing at work and get on the patient portal, download the visit note and fax it to Rotech. They’re too busy to h... read more
