So, I walked in, with distress, because my mask wasn’t working properly, and I met Brittany Cianci, and she immediately, addressed my concerns and my needs, and took the time to make me feel comfortable with the new mask. The office staff was great!! And I would highly recommend them for your sleep needs!!! It was great meeting you “Cianci”

I had a very pleasant experience dealing with everyone at Rotech. The respiratory therapist, Brittany Cianci was very helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Even though I’ve been using a CPAP machine for about 7 years, Brittany showed me several helpful tips in the care, cleaning and operation of my CPAP machine today. I highly recommend Rotech!
Brittney was just awesome she walk me through the whole DO's and Don't with the machine along with how to completely use all the functions on the machine she answered all my questions she set the dates on my cellphone reminders on when it's time to clean my machine and also reminders on when to change the filter. She also told me when I should start off ordering my new supplies and how to order my supplies.
