The most worst service ever I have been calling for 2 weeks and left multiple messages and nobody has got back to me. When they came the man was having a whole conversation with his friend never said one word to us about any of the equipment not even hello and filled my mothers water jug with tap water I am furious and really want to talk to the supervisor but of course no response I will keep calling till I get ahold of someone and I wouldn’t even give a 1 star but had to make a review
Very difficult to talk to someone. Hold times are infuriating. I’m trying to get some help on equipment return and cannot get a person on line I have to be fair, i did get a call back after leaving a message and they did schedule a pick up of equipment-i am adjusting rating appropriately
My oxygen delivery didn't get made as it should have on schedule. I left several attempts to reach them but didn't get thru. I reached out to them after hours, I was able to get the manager to call me back. I explained my situation to her and she reached out to the driver. He called me and made arrangements to drop me off a couple of tanks at 7 AM. And he did he called first and was here at 7. Brittany did a great job helping me get set up with my CPap machine. Very professional and thorough in making sure I was comfortable with everything. Great company to work with
