Extremely helpful and patient.
My c-pap stopped working due to a clock issue that I cannot fix. My luck it happened on a Friday night. I called today (the emergency line) and they r closed until Monday! Not good for me. Not good for a positive review! Update: my machine was replaced on Monday w no issues. Kindness is the ticket n was served generously. I'm back in business sleeping well.
