Customer service was amazing!! The office staff were very helpful!
We have been trying to get an old fashioned walker for 5 days. Their customer service is awful. When I asked why the order was on hold I was told I don’t know. Now 5 days later order is straightened out but they have none in stock.
Very poor customer service. Had to make multiple calls to get equipment. For some reason they don’t know how to work with insurance and keeps sending bill for hundreds of dollars. Each time claiming it’s being processed. Wait more than timeframe and get two more bills saying almost $1000 is owed. Called insurance a few times and they never got a bill from Rotech. If they don’t fix I will move forward with formal complaints to BBB and any medical complaint outlets down to news outlets.
They sent a bed that was semi electric bed with no way to raise the bed. They sent an O2 machine with no way to hook up a humidifier. The customer service is awful we were charged and never sent a receipt for something they said she owed. I requested a printed receipt to be mailed to her we have yet to receive it. I would suggest getting any other company. We have had the worst time with this company.
