I came in as a walk-in and both the receptionist and the CSR were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to explain what i had to do. I was very grateful for this wonderful customer service

We have been trying to get an old fashioned walker for 5 days. Their customer service is awful. When I asked why the order was on hold I was told I don’t know. Now 5 days later order is straightened out but they have none in stock.
