This place is a joke. Worse than Apria and that is sad. Made an appt for equip pickup and no call no show. So I called, waited on hold forever. I stayed home all day for this. Some of us have to work during the week, and they act like "oh well". Acct is paid in full and billing won't release, at least that's the story I'm getting.
I recently had some difficulty on the Physician to supply side and called customer service. I spoke with Bobbi in the office and she was an excellent resource in solving my issue. She returned my call within and hour and got me all of the information I requested. I'm thankful for her professionalism and honesty.
Do NOT recommend. Customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. The employees act as if you have no other choice but to follow their edicts. For example, they DEMAND, and make you SIGN, that you use the CPAP device every night. I work 24h shifts. I don't always get a full night sleep every night. They actually threatened to remove my device from MY house. I called the insurance company (BCBS) and was told that it is no longer "required" to force use every night and Rotech would have NO legal right to enter my house and remove my ... read more
Not happy new customer A manager did call me to clarify somethings about my order. So im grateful and it was just some miss communication from the front desk!!! So we're all good!!
Jeff really explained a lot about how to use the oxygen concentrator the correct way. Information was very helpful.
