Wonderful office! Office manager Kaitlyn is super helpful and knows her stuff! I’ve only had the machine two weeks and have called several times and went in for help and always received outstanding service! Thank you for making this new experience a positive one. I had some problems with Medicare denying my claims for CPAP supplies and a hold put on my Rotech account. Shout out to Kaitlyn, at the Jacksonville Illinois location who worked tirelessly to get the diagnostic notes from my doctor, and the problem with Medicare and the hold on my account went away! She has the most positive and pleasant attitude and I appreciate all the help she has given me.
This place is awful! Terrible management, there’s no clinical background staff even on site and unfortunately the patients are being neglected. Run! Don’t take your loved one here.
Getting supplies from this place is ridiculous.
