The team at the miles city branch were absolutely amazing all around. 5 stars doesn’t not do its justice it needs to be about 50 stars
My first interaction with Joe was on a Sunday evening, right after I returned home from a 12-day hospital stay and needed to get my home oxygen set up. even though it was the end of the weekend, Joe was incredibly thorough patient and reassuring during the entire process. when I later went in to pick up my portable oxygen, he provided the same excellent level of service. two weeks after that, I needed to be fitted for a CPAP, and once again Joe was kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Called with a problem with c- pap machine, Joe said to come in and he would take a look at it. I’m not a customer of Rotech, but he was willing to look at my problem. Came in, Joe and his assistant were very pleasant and got right to work on my c-pap. Joe had the problem diagnosed and had me out the door in a matter of minutes. Kristen & the staff in Miles City have been so very helpful & understanding of my husband's circumstances. They have went above and beyond in helping me to acquire equipment for my husband. They show you how to use the equipment, explain how it benefits a patient, offer extra tips, & follow up after meeting with you.
