My first interaction with Joe was on a Sunday evening, right after I returned home from a 12-day hospital stay and needed to get my home oxygen set up. even though it was the end of the weekend, Joe was incredibly thorough patient and reassuring during the entire process. when I later went in to pick up my portable oxygen, he provided the same excellent level of service. two weeks after that, I needed to be fitted for a CPAP, and once again Joe was kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Called with a problem with c- pap machine, Joe said to come in and he would take a look at it. I’m not a customer of Rotech, but he was willing to look at my problem. Came in, Joe and his assistant were very pleasant and got right to work on my c-pap. Joe had the problem diagnosed and had me out the door in a matter of minutes. Very accommodating
Kristen & the staff in Miles City have been so very helpful & understanding of my husband's circumstances. They have went above and beyond in helping me to acquire equipment for my husband. They show you how to use the equipment, explain how it benefits a patient, offer extra tips, & follow up after meeting with you. The folks at Miles City Rotech are friendly, caring, & lighthearted - just what you need when caring for an ill loved one.
This is the very worst company I have ever had to deal with. They do NOT COMMUNICATE with you at all. If they have a problem they expect you to contact them. They just expect you to know that they are having issues with some information. When my wife and I got the new cpaps they did not contact us. We had to contact them numerous times and in all it took nearly 3 months before we got them.
