This is the very worst company I have ever had to deal with. They do NOT COMMUNICATE with you at all. If they have a problem they expect you to contact them. They just expect you to know that they are having issues with some information. When my wife and I got the new cpaps they did not contact us. We had to contact them numerous times and in all it took nearly 3 months before we got them. It was a good experience. Milky talked me through it all and fitted me for my headgear and nose piece. I tried it the first night I received it and have used every night.
Nikki was very helpful and was able to fix my mess.
He walked me through how to do everything g.. showed me how to put the mask on and everything.. I asked the questions I needed to and theu both were very polite and dressed nicely!
