Rotech has not been a reliable company to work with regarding CPAP services. The customer service experience is consistently poor, and reaching a representative for assistance is extremely difficult. For patients relying on this equipment, timely communication and support are critical, and unfortunately, Rotech has not met those standards.
Rotech sent me a CPAP kit without my dr telling me I needed one. I returned it unused to the local office, everything still in the original wrappers and got a receipt for the return. 2 weeks later and they are still billing me for it. No communication within their own company. Humana needs to get more suppliers in this large city.
If I could mark ZERO stars, that would be an accurate rating! The best word I can choose for the customer service is pathetic. I've been waiting for a month to get my simple order of a CPAP water chamber completed (mine leaks profusely). I told them it was urgent. I don't expect to ever hear from Rotech so I went to 1800CPAP in Mainville, OH and bought a new water chamber ($25). I doubt my insurance would have saved me much. Did you know you can purchase all CPAP components except the machine itself without a 'script? Thanks... read more
