Could do better answering the phone and responding to voicemail messages. Told Dr’s office they tried to call and got no message. That they left voicemails. However, I had no voicemails or missed calls. I left voicemails and THEY were the ones not responding. Other than this, overall? I’ve had no problem with them at all. Friendly staff and really take their time to show you how to use the equipment.
Did not receive the supply that I requested and limited sleep apnea masks or solutions. And now, despite ordering from them continuously for years, they are harassing me for additional information to place my order!
This Hamilton location doesn't appear to be open. When you call Rotech you get a voicemail? What kind of a way is this to run an OXYGEN business, we're on oxygen for crying out loud. We need someone dependable!
