Sherri was so patient and kind, she even came off lunch because I was early. I am 79 and she was very patient and explained things in a way that I understood
Unfortunately over the last couple months I’ve had to experience the customer services skills of this facility. However, fortunately enough each tine was a great experience. From trouble shooting my old machine to delivering a new machine. The best communication and explanations were given. Even today im here with my new machine that has stopped communicating through the modem. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the front reception I knew I had picked the right place for my CPAP needs. When I met with Sherry C to learn about my device I knew I was in the right hands. She was kind, professional and knowledgeable. She went over everything and answered my questions. When I left I was confident in my success with my CPAP and knew I could reach out to them for support. I also met the manager and it was obvious with her leadership they have a great team! This company is horrible if I could give them 0 stars I would. This is the second time I have been harassed about a wheel that was purchased from then in Sep.25! Purchased not rented purchased and they keep contacting me every few months saying I owe them money for the wheelchair rental. Back in February of this year I went through this with all for them to look it up and find out that it was indeed a purchased that was fully paid for and was told they would put it in the system and close the account. I placed an order 5 different times about ordering my supplies and again they sent me another text stating I need to order my supplies. I still haven’t had them from three months ago.. I stated I wanted to file a complaint through the office manager. She said she had cleared things up and said that now she transferred me to the place the order and I received a girl who barely spoke English..
