Absolutely horrible communication, we’ve been waiting a week for mothers hospital bed and now we’ve waited over 4 hours past delivery time today and you can never get anyone to answer at local Fairfield office.

Rotech has not been a reliable company to work with regarding CPAP services. The customer service experience is consistently poor, and reaching a representative for assistance is extremely difficult. For patients relying on this equipment, timely communication and support are critical, and unfortunately, Rotech has not met those standards.
Rotech sent me a CPAP kit without my dr telling me I needed one. I returned it unused to the local office, everything still in the original wrappers and got a receipt for the return. 2 weeks later and they are still billing me for it. No communication within their own company. Humana needs to get more suppliers in this large city.
