I am writing about one of your exceptional employees from your Marlton NJ office, Tanya Southerland, that I was fortunate enough to speak to. My doctor made a mistake and ordered me an air sense c-pap machine. He told me it would be the 11 model. When it arrived, it turned out to be the model 10. I found out from Tanya that the doctor did not write the model # on the prescription. She arranged to send a driver to my home to pick up the model 10 and exchange it for the model 11, since I was unable to drive due to an accident.... read more
Muhammed G known as MO was phenomenal he was amazing . He went above and beyond you are lucky to have him on your staff . Hw goes above and beyond tries to do everything in his power to make the customer happy . I highly recommend him and the company
Tonya has been very helpful to me with calls back to follow through and updating me on information and helping with my account. Tonya is a example employee and an asset to this horrible company that has given me a hard time and run around despite taking my money and insurance. 5 stars if Rotech did better.
Unsure how to give a negative star review but if you get medical supplies through Rotech, immediately move to another company. Ran me around for 6 months constantly hanging up and not returning calls only to charge outrageous late fees and claim they didn't work with VA insurance after the fact. DIRTY DESPICABLE COMPANY
Dawn is wonderful, kind and caring and funny. She's the best thing about the company, although everyone at this location is great. She gets 5 stars. I wish the company was the same. I've called then and they've called me at least 12 or more times and you get different answers from everyone at sleep central. The Portal is useless. You can't ever get back in after they unlock it and try again the next time. I'm so frustrated. I've been paying for my own supplies for 6 months even though I have insurance.
