I do not recommend this business. They do not maintain equipment properly and don't call back to discuss accommodations. Terrible communication skills.
Im not sure how this place stays in business. For sure, The inmates are running the asylum. No one gets back with you. After weeks of trying to make a an appointment, Angelica, stated that everyone was equally as important as me and I just had to wait.... So I waited and waited. After calling again weeks later, they begrudgingly made an appointement, but when I showed up, they said I had no appointment!! Im not sure what is going on but for someone with a heart condition that needs help, they are the worst. Shockingly bad.
I almost feel bad leaving this review because I noticed their reviews are all terrible. I would give less than 1 star if I could. Angelica yelled at me when I tried to follow up in getting my father seen. We have been waiting weeks for a follow up appointment. He has a heart condition and needs his CPAP adjusted properly. She said "All of our patients are equally as important and will just have to wait". OK, I've been waiting and they never get back with you. If my father's heart condition worsens, they will be responsible.
Office refused to give us a delivery time window. Said anytime after 7am. The delivery occurred at 6:50pm and motor didn’t work. They also attempted delivery to wrong address. The delivery person Nicole was wonderful And apologetic. Didn’t change the face that we were hostages in our home for 12 hours waiting delivery. Fortunately there are med equipment options in this city. Not impressed with Rotech!!!!!
On 2/18/25 my doctor sent an order over to this company for home oxygen for me. On 2/21/25 at the advice of my doctor I call to confirm that my order was digitally and physically picked up be Rotech. On the morning of 2/21/25 I called to check on the delivery and was told that my delivery would be made on 2/21/25 and I confirmed that I would be home. No one came, no one contacted me.
