I don’t normally leave reviews but a young lady name Jennifer was very helpful on the phone today. I have been not so happy with the services since my father insurance changed and she was able to help me out and get my father information correct and we got our delivery today as well. Thank you kindly. It was a struggle for awhile.
My mom needed a c-pap about five months ago I called multiple times.and had a difficult time one day ,I ask to speak with a supervisor and was connected with a young lady named Margaret. She had just started,but within wdsys,She was able to get my mother scheduled for her CPAP. I am very thankful for Margaret and the help she gave us after trying for months. She listened to my concerns,followed through,and help get everth6 taken care of .I truly a her help and kindness
Avoid all business with this company. After 1 month I've made in excess of 15 phone calls to get a refund on a walker which they billed $170 for I've waited more than 3 hours on hold trying to resolve this issue. Now today after 6 calls and 1 hour and 20 minutes of whole time I was told the refund is being processed but will take 7 to 10 days to resolve.
This is a terrible company. My mother had to be on oxygen for a few weeks after getting out of the hospital. They can not give you any estimate on when they can deliver or pick up, and even when they do give you a date that they will come to your house, they don't honor it or notify you. They act like you are bothering them when you are simply trying to arrange a pick up or explaining that you waited all day for them not to show up.
