Office refused to give us a delivery time window. Said anytime after 7am. The delivery occurred at 6:50pm and motor didn’t work. They also attempted delivery to wrong address. The delivery person Nicole was wonderful And apologetic. Didn’t change the face that we were hostages in our home for 12 hours waiting delivery. Fortunately there are med equipment options in this city. Not impressed with Rotech!!!!!
On 2/18/25 my doctor sent an order over to this company for home oxygen for me. On 2/21/25 at the advice of my doctor I call to confirm that my order was digitally and physically picked up be Rotech. On the morning of 2/21/25 I called to check on the delivery and was told that my delivery would be made on 2/21/25 and I confirmed that I would be home. No one came, no one contacted me. This is the worst company.i been calling these people since last to pick up a bed they lie and say there coming .I have record all the time I been calling you..I am not going to be responsible I mean ve out the house bed left there
This is the worst supply company, I have ever encountered. I have respiratory issues and ordered a breathing machine on November 13, of this year, have not received it yet. They are unreliable, their staff have been trained to lie. One of the workers accused me of hanging up on her after I had been constantly calling for two weeks. Then she told me she was going to void the order because she didn't know if I wanted to pay the copay which I was never informed about, which was only $1. 45.
