I live an hour and a half from oil city, but my husband works in Franklin. My daughter needed a nebulizer and none of our local medical supply companies accept TRICARE. I called this company and they answered the phone right away. Explained the situation and how far away I was. She said they close at four but Somebody would be there until five. Their phone menu is awful. Every single one of their Sleep Central shipments were wrong. When I had a question, Rotech did not return my calls or answer contact requests through their website. The billing dept. left me on hold so long I forgot who I was on hold with until my husband reminded me (I am still on hold, nearing an hour for a simple question). Lori in equipment was great help with insurance issues and questions, but otherwise I can not recommend them.
Had good service, Received my O2 equipment fast. They explained how to use and answered my questions.
Absolutely terrible in every way! Stay clear.
AWFUL! Hubby got a clap from the Oil City office.. we were miss lead in SO many ways! It is costing us WAY more than they led us to believe. Now we are having trouble with them sending us autoshipments. We shut them off months ago and they still keep coming! Plus! You only have 3 days to return them! No consideration for the COVID mess either. They also have not been helpful with obtaining prescriptions. Horrible experience! Go somewhere else or buy it outright from somewhere else...
