Horrible! We never receive the crucial supplies we need!
When my son was 6 weeks old he was released from the NICU with orders from Rotech- from the very first night being home with him, it's been a nightmare. The vent that they sent us home with was faulty and the therapist that we were assigned to stopped responding to us completely. The next day the machine was replaced and things have worked fine since. Every month I call to order supplies and then I have to call back because the order is never processed. Worst customer service I ever dealt with. For months I kept calling to update my insurance and everytime they see in the system where I called and had the updated insurance yet kept billing old insurance claiming they didn't get the updated info. Finally they got it correct then sent me past bill amounts which was not showing on the statements I was receiving previously which had made me think insurance was covering everything. Spend hours calling being transferred over and over to wrong departments, wrong state everything. ... read more
If I could give them a -1000 I would. The worst customer service on the planet. They do not answer calls or respond to messages. They do not return emails. It has been over 3 months and my father does not have his CPAP machine. It's disgraceful.
Wow. Very frustrating company to deal with!
