The delivery of oxygen tanks from the warehouse has dramatically improved but all other areas of communication need a lot of work. We have been waiting over a month to get my daughter the equipment she was prescribed and it only moved along after calling over and over and talking to different people. We finally reached a person that actually read the prescription and hopefully it will be resolved soon.
I have spent a week trying to navigate the system through Rotech to be able to replace a non-existent SD card , and also through Resmed/myAir, to replace the serial number on my OLD CPAP machine with the serial on my current machine bought in 2024. I've spent many hours over 3 days, and FINALLY got Kristen, who was able to solve my problems with the SD card ands getting sleep theraphy reports. I wanted to give an enormous amount of gratitude for Kristen Payton, respiratory therapist!!!!! I had the most difficult time with several representatives across Rotech. Between lack communication and knowledge of my son's account and Rotech procedure. Kristen was the ONLY one who took the time to diligently research and communicate with me as to the process of my situation.
