This company has screwed my family every direction possible. Hours and hours on the phone with insurance and rotech and the charles city branch and no resolution. I have signed paperwork stating i purchased the equipment and they told my insurance im renting and are currently billing my insurance for equipment i bought outright
My less than 2 year old bipap machine failed on my first night of a nearly 2 week vacation. After returning home, I had a significant head cold when I took the useless machine in for review and was armed for a confrontation. The sales woman took the machine and confirmed it didn’t work. She had a guy come over and explained the issue with him. As I had to leave for an appointment, he told me to return after that. Wasn't to happy with service, rented a wheelchair, have me one for a very large person. Could not use it in home. Tried to get another one. No luck!
Company is trying to bill me for services that are totally covered by my insurance. I've already had the insurance company contact them concerning this, but just received another bill. CPAP supplies are proving difficult to get, since they think I'm behind on payments I don't actually owe. An edit since my last post: after taking my SD card in to be read, several months after their corporate office finally decided I don't owe them anything, I'm told my system isn't reporting me as having used it since February.
