Husband hasn't received his Cpap supplies in months. Numerous times of communication trying to get his equipment and still waiting. We have John Deere United Health Care Premium insurance and everything on their end has been approved. Would not recommend! Ridiculously poor service.
I was placed on an oxygen device thru a local long term health supplier on a Saturday morning. One day into it I was miserable by its weight, sound and length of time it ran before battery was dead lasted me about 45 mins. Was told it was normal. Wrong! I hooked up with Adam Campbell at Rotech in Charles City and within 3 days I had a new machine, lightweight, quiet and a longer battery life. This company has screwed my family every direction possible. Hours and hours on the phone with insurance and rotech and the charles city branch and no resolution. I have signed paperwork stating i purchased the equipment and they told my insurance im renting and are currently billing my insurance for equipment i bought outright
My less than 2 year old bipap machine failed on my first night of a nearly 2 week vacation. After returning home, I had a significant head cold when I took the useless machine in for review and was armed for a confrontation. The sales woman took the machine and confirmed it didn’t work. She had a guy come over and explained the issue with him. As I had to leave for an appointment, he told me to return after that. Wasn't to happy with service, rented a wheelchair, have me one for a very large person. Could not use it in home. Tried to get another one. No luck!
