I had great service until things got bad very quick. The person at the local office explained that people are being automatically opted into automatic sales/shipment for supplies. She explained she did not know how to tell people to opt out when they first sign up. Sent to another agency that ships their products. After explaining the situation the telemarketer "made a note" on my account to opt out but refused to send a return label unless I paid for shipping AND a return stocking fee. Used to be a decent company. Recently started charging like triple the RETAIL amount before insurance. Of course even with good insurance only a fraction of that is covered. Yay greed. Cancelled all services with them. Edit for business response: Complete disconnect. I am expressing my displeasure with your greed inflation, not requesting verification of anything.
