I have had problems and never been able to get my CPAP to really work or make much of a difference. I tried many masks for almost a year . My Dr switched me to RoTech and same problem. Then I called Laney and she set me up with Larry I was skeptical. He told me he has not found anyone he could not help . He was patient and thorough. Was having trouble finding a mask for my cpap that was comfortable. Larry found me one and now sleep has been so much better. Was having trouble ordering supplies and Larry got that settled as well. Thanks Larry you deserve a raise.
Hands in the air! I'm so thankful to Larry in Pearisburg. His customer service has been outstanding. He has gone above and beyond since May each time I've needed help. He listens and understands needs and requests pertaining to the equipment. I'm so thankful; thank you again! GOOD sleep is invaluable!
