I wish they took their administrative duties as seriously as I take breathing. Sent them my insurance info which was confirmed received and five months later I have a 1,000.00+ outstanding balance. Called to rectify and gave them insurance info again with the gal saying she remembered me doing that before??? She said she would get back to me. Never did. Cancelled service and it took them three weeks to pick up rented items. Pathetic
