I love these people.They really take good care of you. Thank you feel like family even.
They accused me of stealing from them because the technician went to the WRONG apartment. It's not my fault your tech went to the wrong apartment. These guys have been a pain every time I try to do business with them. I guess I'm not the only having issues with them. They have a 2.6 out of five stars. The older Lady was fine. It was the young gal who accused me. I'm not a thief. "B"
I had a very terrible experience with this company not delivering me the things I needed or picking up the things that needed to go back they kept billing me even after I personally had returned the equipment myself driving an hour to do so and they're still trying to make me pay I told him to send me to collections. The delivery driver however that delivered the oxygen when I got out of the hospital was wonderful but dealing with the staff that doesn't speak clear English was terrible I would never use these guys again
They double billed me and my insurance over and over. They threatened to send me to collections and then when I told them what they have been doing they sent a refund check. Now I hadn’t heard from them in two years and now it turns out they sent me to collections. Even though they got paid in full from my insurance. Now I have switched insurance companies and have to try and track down all the information and deal with collections. This place is an absolute joke. Go anywhere else.
