I had a very terrible experience with this company not delivering me the things I needed or picking up the things that needed to go back they kept billing me even after I personally had returned the equipment myself driving an hour to do so and they're still trying to make me pay I told him to send me to collections. The delivery driver however that delivered the oxygen when I got out of the hospital was wonderful but dealing with the staff that doesn't speak clear English was terrible I would never use these guys again
They double billed me and my insurance over and over. They threatened to send me to collections and then when I told them what they have been doing they sent a refund check. Now I hadn’t heard from them in two years and now it turns out they sent me to collections. Even though they got paid in full from my insurance. Now I have switched insurance companies and have to try and track down all the information and deal with collections. This place is an absolute joke. Go anywhere else. Juan was very kind, informative, helpful and eased my mind by his friendly & professional attitude! Thank you Juan for answering all my questions and for being so prepared to help in any way you needed to! You went above and beyond to do your job! I never felt not cared for or uncomfortable. With my anxiety issues, that means the world to me. I hope you get a bonus or at least a thank you from your boss! I will be calling corp office to make sure the right person knows this!
