Trying to reach them locally is a pain. Had a cpap device that was lost on an airplane. Got a new one when it stayed lost—through a different company, because Rotech NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Now, airline finds my device, but will Rotech accept it as a return? Was told if I broke it, the replacement cost would be out of pocket about $2,000. Scheduled me an appointment without permission, along with being impossible to get ahold of and *suggesting they bring my equipment to my job*. Who does that with medical services???
Great service Gotta say i'm very happy with rotec laramie office especially Joe He's very knowledgeable person always willing help with any issue I have had with my equipment I have had others Respiratory equipment providers but this one's been the best so far thanks Joe and staff 👍
Just got set up today. Kasey Dean was the young lady who brought my equipment and help me set it up and showed me how to use it. 11/10 service! Friendly, knowledgable, and contacted me 10 minutes before my service time to make sure I was ready to have people in my house. I was very very happy with her service Thanks Kasey Dean!
I can’t see how this sorry excuse for a business can even survive! Worst ever!!!! Zero stars!!!!
