Great service Gotta say i'm very happy with rotec laramie office especially Joe He's very knowledgeable person always willing help with any issue I have had with my equipment I have had others Respiratory equipment providers but this one's been the best so far thanks Joe and staff 👍
Just got set up today. Kasey Dean was the young lady who brought my equipment and help me set it up and showed me how to use it. 11/10 service! Friendly, knowledgable, and contacted me 10 minutes before my service time to make sure I was ready to have people in my house. I was very very happy with her service Thanks Kasey Dean!

At the beginning, the company in Latimie was perfect, on time, e.t.c, as we were learning the how to's with oxygen being my husband is a coved survivor. Lately June & July 2022 the supply and deliveries have been almost at a stop. My husband didn't ask for coved but here we are. Not sure if its a shortage of drivers and supply or 1 it the other but, its not easy being 62 miles away 1 way. I'm hoping things will get back to normal. Other people in our town have gotten their deliveries, not sure what is going on
Rotech is an awful company. VERY poor customer service and overall negative attitude toward customers. Local office also does not provide good service. Avoid if you have a choice.
