I have been trying for1 month to get a cpap machine the lady there is very unprofessional. She does not know how to do the insurance. And she does not really wanna help people. I would recommend going someplace else. If there was another place in my network, I would definitely be going there. I wish gundersen was in my network.They are the place to go to very friendly people.And they know what they are doing
TOP NOTCH... I received my medical device from this store. Apointment made and appointment kept. I was informed and showed how everything works and how to use it. I have walked into the store several times and always met with a smile and help.
Didn't really get a chance to talk to anyone, just went inside and got my crutches like I was suppose to and walked back out. But the reviews online were bad because they didn't come and get the medical equipment when they were suppose to and then they would actually still try and charge people for it 😕
