This is one of the worse businesses I have ever dealt with, terrible customer service never return calls I had an order from my Dr for a POC waited 9 months with every excuse in the book never did get it. Switched to lincare 3 months ago still waiting, what is wrong with these companies that are supposed to supply health equipment to customers, and instead give excuses.
I am surprised how many people on here said they didn't get their stuff in time. With the way the driver tried to run me if the road, I'm amazed people don't get stuff. Teach your drivers road safety.
I got the shingles and the man forgot my oxygen for the week. Been sucking on a dry tank for 3 days now
This is the worst home care service ever. The lady was unhelpful, unprofessional ,bitchy,evasive ,had more excuses than Carter has pills not to do her job. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.Save your time go to Lincare
Husband is supposed to receive oxygen tanks weekly per VA and be on a set schedule every week for the past 10 years but Peterson's either leaves messages stating 'if you need oxygen call us' or they don't show up on the specified day. 2+ years of inconsistencies, so tired of it every week. Hope the VA contracts with a different company soon. Tired of the stress they create.
