Janet and Jose are awesome !!!! They went above and beyond to accommodate and help resolve my issues !!!! They truly are so competent, so professional and so compassionate to all their customers/ patients !!!! They treated me like family and this is why my wife and I prefer and are adamant about coming and continuing to obtain services from this Rotech Tampa Office !!! I have a BiPAP machine with them and when it quit working they were prompt in replacing it for me so there was no interruption in my sleep therapy. Very satisfied with their service.
This place and the service along with their products sucks👎👎👎👎👎Kurt ps: that’s why they have a 2.5 rating
Terrible company to deal with. Takes weeks to respond to emails, inefficient processes, contradictory policies. They were so bad, I just went to another provider and paid out of pocket. It was worth it to not have to deal with them.
