As a Social Worker in healthcare for almost 20 years, I have never worked with a more reliable DME company!! We can never guarantee delivery prior to discharge but Rotech is seriously the only DME company I've worked with that consistently delivers on or by the day of discharge. This obviously benefits the patients but also us facilities, who no longer have to loan out equipment in hopes of getting it returned. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
Received a bed and frame from them . brakes do not work and mattress was ragged ,cracked and old . Hardly any padding. Contacted Rotech and they finally sent out someone with the regard to the brakes . Stated that the brakes couldn't be replaced and the bed was rolling because of the type of flooring. That couldn't be true when they were not even locking correctly in the first place .The mattress was supposed to be replaced as well due to it's poor condition. I am writing to express my disappointment with Rotech Healthcare following my recent discharge from Vanderbilt Hospital. On November 11, my case manager informed me that she had placed an order for a walker and shower chair based on recommendations from my physical therapy team. While I was at the hospital valet, I confirmed my home address for delivery. At 10:13 am that day, I received a text from Rotech stating that I was scheduled for service. I am unable to walk and stand on my own when I was released from the nursing home. The social worker had ordered a bed from this company and they have been harassing me about coming to pick up this bed. I do not understand the reason the bed is in use because I sleep in the bed so I guess I’ll have to lay on the floor while they remove the bed that I need.
We have called and left multiple messages regarding my husband's PAP device he received. We have not ever received a phone call back and it has been MONTHS that my husband has been unable to use this new machine. Worst customer service of all time.
