While in the hospital Kelly brought my Bipap machine to me. She was very pleasant and informative. She instructed me on how to wear my mask and use the machine. She was very patient and didn't give me the impression that I was being rushed.
I was extremely pleased with my home visit from Rotech. Kelly Bailey was very thorough in her guidance and she was a joy to work with. She made sure all my concerns were met.
I was prescribed a CPAP machine via my jobs insurance. I lost my job in April 2025. I continue my insurance through COBRA, until November 2025, it had gotten too expensive to pay. In February 2026, I became eligible for Medicare. I received a notification via phone call. I updated my insurance information and I was informed that they wanted to pick my machine for non payment. I just received my new Cpap machine a couple of weeks ago. Everything good so far. My RRT Kelly is awesome!
I have had billing issues/questions each month and it is so hard to get ahold of someone whose accent I can understand. My questions are based on BCBS states one amount that should be paid to the provider, the online portal states another amount and the statement yet another amount. I am aware that codes can bill/process after the statement. However, I only have two codes billed each month. It seems they are pre-billing before the claims are processed by BCBS.
