Don’t bother. They get every order wrong. You won’t receive the equipment you need. One staff member will contradict what the previous one said. Management will lie to you and give you the impression that you’ll be served. Then they fail. Worse than simple incompetence because they give you the impression they will correct. They need to hire more americans that speak english
When my husband came home from the hospital. This company delivered a tank to the hospital and a few hours later brought 2 more tanks and a machine to use when in the house. We let them know we needed 2 more oxygen tanks for our drive to Tennessee from Florida. They said they would bring them this past Friday. No tanks were delivered on Friday and no phone call from the company. On Saturday I called and after explaining our situation several times to the same person, he said someone would be calling. Last week I travelled to Washington DC and needed an oxygen concentrator machine sent to my hotel. It was the day after Christmas, bright and early, when I called Gary Harris at the Glen Burnie, MD office, and working with his manager, Brenda Perry and my local Rotech office in Nashville, Tennessee, they made it all happen and delivered the machine the same day! Thanks so much for a job well done to all. You have a very appreciative customer!
Been with them over 2 years. Time to leave these rude, apathetic individuals. Centia is ok but encounters with Eva and Patricia have left a bad taste in my mouth. They are lucky they even have jobs.
