EDIT: it's now December 8th, and obviously Rotec didn't care too much about their service. I emailed them as they requested. They didn't bother answering me back, so shoukd tell you another thing about this company. Ahorrible place to do business with They are very unprofessional. The managers do not care what the employees say or do to customers. They give used equipment instead of new to you. In the begining I thought Rotech was going to be a good thing. After just about a month I was proven so wrong!! The customer service has been horrible to say the least. I have been asking for a new headgear for my daughters AVAP's machine because the one she has it too small and literally cutting the back of her neck. Still do not have one. Appalling to think they just don't care. I would not recommend using Rotech for your medical supply needs. They get one star since I cant give a half of a star.
Absolutely horrible I recently switched to Rotech from Memorial for my sleep apnea supplies. The machine beeps all night long and the head gear they gave me is so tight it has tore the skin on my neck and is an open wound.
We live in Springfield I’ll. Excellent service, I’m not used to getting such quick and efficient customer service, I’m a veteran and dealing with Rotech does not involve the usual red tape in dealing with the VA. The manager is friendly and very knowledgeable with the equipment and able to explain it in terms an 81 year old can understand.
