We live in Springfield I’ll. Excellent service, I’m not used to getting such quick and efficient customer service, I’m a veteran and dealing with Rotech does not involve the usual red tape in dealing with the VA. The manager is friendly and very knowledgeable with the equipment and able to explain it in terms an 81 year old can understand.

Complete Garbage!! There customer service is rude and completely unhelpful! They sent the order to the wrong doctor for 3 weeks for my correct mask all while telling me via email that my dr no longer showed me as a patient but when I tried to contact them no one would answer or return my calls. After 3 weeks, I Finally got through to someone, for them only to realize they were faxing the wrong physicians office. Then once I was finally able to use my machine I realized it was not for me and promptly returned it with All the ... read more
