If I could sue this company and shut them down, I would! Hateful office staff. Asking my insurance company to drop them, and use another provider!
I've been having a great service from The girls at the Office to the delivery Drivers especially Mr Julio Rodriguez who always goes above and beyond to help me with any situation I my have , especially when it comes to my Oxygen service, when the pandemic hit no one wanted to help, But Rotech was and is my savior in making sure I have everything I need to have a better quality of life, and most people here always say the Bad But Never say the great service they provide Thanks Guys
I would give them 0 stars if possible. Terrible customer service and no organization. When you are supposed to be billed "monthly"... It should be 1 payment each month...around that same time each month...instead these clowns send you 3 months payments at once...any time they feel like it...then they say it's because of insurance....no! My service is with you, not the insurance. $43/month means 1 charge per month for $43....not 3 on top of each other!
Been waiting for 2 weeks for nebulizer pan can't even get someone to answer phone.
Rotech is a large company, 400 plus offices national. So large, that the customer is forgotten about after initial visit. My advice ... go elsewhere!
