Terrible tech support. Architectural firm had client that wanted to install light duty lift in New construction residential garage. Can’t get specs for footings. They send you to Lun_ti garage that requires auto mech. privilege through go_ogle pl_y, so I have to assume they can only do a separate permit after the fact install. Other lift companies have info online. Don’t understand why they can’t be more helpful? I’m going to look for an American company that’s more domestic, not sure about this company
