I’d gone to another shop first, and they told me fixing the leak in my car door might cost thousands — but it wasn’t really their specialty, so they referred me to Rotary Collision Center (aka Falmouth Auto Works). The tech at Falmouth looked at it right away, saw the door was just slightly out of alignment, and bent it back into place. Problem solved — no charge. Super honest, friendly, and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!
They did an excellent job today performing an exterior auto detail on my Mercedes GLE 350. Will highly recommend.

I try and give everyone and every place of business the benefit of the doubt, but this place needs to be avoided at all costs. I would not wish my worst enemy to bring their car here. This is the first time I wish I was able to give a 0, as there are no positives. I had the most peculiar and frustrating experience with this place. Despite the people being very nice, their work organisation and diligence on this occasion was terrible. I should have heeded my intuition when I went to drop it off when another customer was upset and frustrated with his car not being ready… here is my story.
