After an accident my insurance company recommended this shop, and although it was a longer process than I expected, (due to the insurance company), I was very happy with the service. The people in the office are friendly and the work was done very professionally. They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car! I would highly recommend this business.
They did a truly excellent job, there’s a couple minor things still yet to do on my car but the work completed is just excellent. They’re friendly courteous and fast. If there are issues they’re handled immediately and work minimal fuss with all repairs guaranteed.
I’d gone to another shop first, and they told me fixing the leak in my car door might cost thousands — but it wasn’t really their specialty, so they referred me to Rotary Collision Center (aka Falmouth Auto Works). The tech at Falmouth looked at it right away, saw the door was just slightly out of alignment, and bent it back into place. Problem solved — no charge. Super honest, friendly, and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!
They did an excellent job today performing an exterior auto detail on my Mercedes GLE 350. Will highly recommend.
