Although we were very happy with the quickness of reply and for them unclogging our clogged kitchen sink, $655 plus tax for a simple snake of a kitchen sink line is outrageous. He was here less than an hour. We were stuck and needed to have it fixed but we will never use them again. Buyer beware. The company should be ashamed of themselves for charging such ridiculous prices.

The tech & service were excellent & they fixed the problem; clearing our slow draining kitchen sink. However, Roto Rooter had been to our home just this past February for the same issue; in less than a year the price for snaking out a drain almost tripled! We were charged almost $600 just for that. Next time we will definitely be comparing companies and costs.

I'm deeply disappointed in my experience. I was charged $750 for a simple pipe snaking, and they chipped my brand new steps in the process. To add insult to injury, they then tried to convince me to spend $14,000 on a pipe repair that a second opinion resolved with a $150 temporary fix (with the repair being covered by insurance!). I feel taken advantage of and will not be using their services again.

Had a back flushing issue and din’t clear it up and was charged 650$ for nothing. Got on call with other company and they guarantee to clean the clog for just 123$ Such a bad service.

We were very stressed when we called last night with what we knew was some sort of sewer backup. They had someone out to us this morning. Erik was professional, knowledgeable and solved the problem. I am so grateful and would highly recommend this business. Thank you!
