I did not appreciate what she did on my hair she did not finished my hair and was already plating someone else hair it was shush a very bad experience in my life for me i was just giving a try with this people God she nearly spoil it you don’t know a still say it don’t go and spoil it so bad and you know the funny part she took a tip so she money but not the work . 3/24/26 My first time going to this Miss Rosie shop she is a beautiful lady and I believe her daughter was there too. The lady older lady in the third booth did my hair. I gave her a very nice tip the cynically’s braids and got home and a lot of the hair at the bottom was falling out. She didn’t take any time to clean up the messy hair after she cut it, but if I decide to go back, it won’t be her doing my hair. I can honestly say that. The staff was very polite and professional. I booked small knotless braids and the experience was terrible. It felt like my appointment was an inconvenience. The lip smacking and sighing made the environment uncomfortable. There was no TV, no phone service, and no effort to make the appointment enjoyable — just sitting in silence staring at yourself for hours. I also overheard staff talking about paying customers after they left. Customer service was pure trash. I would not recommend.
Oumou did an amazing job on my stitch cornrows with the curly pieces. The price was affordable and reasonable. The decor is absolutely beautiful. I’ll be back!
First & last time going. First off when you ask somebody what hairstyle they want if they show you and it’s the wrong hairstyle, It’s called something different, just be nice and correct them. You guys don’t have to be rude and talk about the person.. Secondly the language is foul in there I get it we’re all human beings but at the same time have some courtesy and be polite.
