This place is amazing!! Riley and Dede always leaving my nails looking fabulous. From start to finish, everything was perfect. They are incredibly skilled, paying close attention to detail and ensuring my nails looked flawless. The process was smooth, and I appreciated how gentle they were with my natural nails. I love my nails. First time trying builder gel. They look so natural. I’m not from SD but when I come back in 3 weeks I’ll definitely be getting a fill.
I made an appointment For today 11:30am online, and this morning as I was leaving my home I received a text that my appointment had been moved up to 9:30am. It was 8:45am. I arrived and they said they couldn't service me. They had booked the entire day, so the only open sloth according to them was when they opened. Which gave me no time to plan for it. Not a good experience for a first time customer with an appointment I waited 45 minutes. This salon displays No Integrity!! To mention they prefer gel and acrylic customer I asked Lyn why it's faster . Natural nails is time consuming too much time spent less money made. I had TWO technicians NEITHER ONE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE of mani and pedi. SLOPPY JOB NAIL POLISH UNEVENLY DISTRIBUTED BOTH TOES AND FEET. This salon not recommended if you want QUALITY SERVICE.
