I booked online for a sew in and was greeted nicely when I arrived. I was seated on time and Rosy as well as the woman who did a majority of my hair (wash, blow out, and braid down) were overall very kind. My style came out beautiful but my wash was rough and I felt like the stylist was ripping through my hair. When it came time for the blow out, my hair was smooth, but no heat protectant was used and when I removed the style later at home, I had heat damage and my curl pattern had significantly loosened. I recently took out my braids and came to get a silk press and a deep conditioner treatment. I wrote it down when I sign in . When it was time to blow out my hair for the silk press, I noticed the stylist combing my hair from top to the end , and she was running into knots in my hair. I understand that after taking out braids, you are going to experience Hair shedding but I Shouldn’t feel hair being pulled from the root .
