Frank & the artists at Rosy Nails are the best! The salon is pretty, clean, and relaxing, and they offer a variety of services. They also have a lot of gel, regular, and dip colors to choose from. I love that you can schedule an appointment online or walk in. Frank is a real pro, and you can tell he cares about doing high quality work and running a salon that clients want to return to.
