Bought a Rosy Blue Inc Engagement ring from JcPenney 12/16/2020. Middle diamond fell out 8/27/2021. Can't Return it, no answer from Rosy Blue, does not answer phones, JCP only gives 60days. My wife doesn't take on any strenuous task to warrant such a disappoint regarding the diamond falling out. Ring listed at $6700 discount to $3700 right now. Cheaply, falsely represented. Both companies are rip offs for offering such incompetent products at inflated prices.
