In April I purchased my '22 Expedition from this dealer. It came with free oil changes. Nice, huh? Went in today for the first change @ 2:30 pm (I was 30 minutes early for the appointment) left at 5:00 pm. Does it really take Nissan 2 hours for a 15 minute oil change? I left the dealership with a "plan of action" they gave me, suggesting $990 worth of work "needed" to be done on my truck. That's $990 of maintenance that should have been done before I bought the truck (fluid changes, etc.) Something smells fishy here. Not sur... read more

Excellent customer service, the service manager, service advisors, and techs do a great job. I was informed of what needed to be done. They followed up with me on what the issues were, what the cost estimate was and how long it would take to repair. I was contacted to see how things were going after. Highly recommend them for any service needs, from oil changes to major repairs they can do almost any vehicle. I have taken Nissan, dodge, ford, and many other makes and models.
