zero communication i walked into the service shop august 28 and asked about my appt fpr the 29th they said "just tow it in" ok, thats fine my insurance covers the tow for free. when i dropped it off on August 29 they said they have a $180 diagnosis fee *IF* they diagnose it there but then you remove the car and get it fixed elswehere. thats fine and understandable. i returned wednesday sept 4 and asked if there was any updaye, they said not yet. then, on tuesday sept 10th after receiving absolutely no phone calls, texts, or ... read more

Terribly disappointing. I called July 8 to schedule an oil change the person who answered stated the person I needed to speak with was out and she would have her return my call. I did not receive a call back. July 9 I called to schedule my oil change, the service person said she didn't know how to put in my new car because the previous car was in the system and the system is down or not working properly. I’m giving this location one stars for the reason of lack of communication with the customer. I really did enjoy working with John and Michael. however, I feel like the lack of communication with this company is at an all time high I took my vehicle in for a diagnostics check and it took from 930am until well past closing service time and me reaching out twice for anything to inform me of my information with my vehicle. I live in Oklahoma City. Traveling to Roswell twice a year for work, I purposely use Roswell Ford service department for all my maintenance and repairs if I can. I’ve done this for several years. They do an excellent job.

Updated Review: After such a good experience with the Service department, it was followed by an extremely Poor experience. The service provided by the Service Department and manager was highly disappointing, and I would not recommend them. I recently had a check engine light come on and took it in. They replaced a sensor, but the check engine light was back on within 6 hours of me having the truck back. I took it back, and they just deleted the codes and never fixed the problem.
