If the one in Roswell is anything like the one in Carlsbad I feel sorry for everybody that buys a Ford from Kelly Grimsley Auto Group my vehicle is falling apart today because of what they've done to it and it still don't even have over 50,000 miles on it this whole car company Kelly Grimsley and is a joke don't anyone buy a Ford from either one of them in Carlsbad or here in Roswell because apparently they don't know how to customer service or take care of the vehicles they work on. THE BEST DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPARTMENT I HAVE EVERY DONE BUSINESS WITH. THE SERVICE ADVISORS & SERVICE MANAGER WERE VERFY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, & PROFESSIONAL.
Well.....I had no idea I was supposed to do there job for them..... Totally unsatisfied.....lousy service...... totally unprofessional.......I myself will never do business with them again......I wasted so much time with their BS....
Will tell you one thing on a trade in and then change it. Very unhappy with customer service. Will not buy a truck or car from them ever. Also will not recommend them to any family, friends or coworkers.
