Service was outstanding! General manager Diane was extremely accommodating. Never having had Venezuelan food / drinks she helped my navigate my picky disposition. The only reason I'm not going to give a 5 star review is due to the fact I was charged for a meal I couldn't eat. That being said in all fairness it was my fault. I didn't confirm before ordering that the meal didn't have onions (I'm allergic) while it didn't "contain additional onions" the meat was cooked with onions.
