Do Not Be Fooled-Rip Offs My girlfriend and I bought two automobiles from Roswell Auto Brokers. After the experience with the first, I should have known better to deal with such people. The first car we bought was totalled in a wreck. Roswell Auto Brokers sued the insurance company for twice the worth of the car. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! I bought a 2005 Chevy Equinox from Bob in August 2010. Three hours after paying a $1500 down payment, the transmission started slipping. I immediately called Bob. He told me to bring the vehicle back in as soon as possible. Before I could do so, the battery died. It was then towed back to Roswell Auto Brokers. They kept the Equinox for two weeks and assured me it was fixed. Within two days, the transmission is slipping again. I made numerous unreturned calls over the next three weeks. AAA+++ We financed our 05 Ford escape there, Bob & Cindy worked very hard to get us the car we liked at a price that we could afford. They had lots of very nice cars & trucks, and they will work with people with not so perfect credit ( which is pretty much everybody in todays economy!}. I will definately buy my next ride from them, best buy here pay here lot in Bartow County!
happy customer I have bought 2 vehicles from Roswell Auto Brokers and both times have had great service. The whole staff was all very friendly and helpful. i had one problem with my car and they handled it immediately. I have since sent 3 of my kids to buy their cars there. All 3 are happy with their car and got great service there. i would recommend Roswell Auto Brokers to anybody. Best buy here pay here lot in Cartersville and surrounding area.
Don't buy here We bought a car from them & within the first 100 miles the check engine light came on. We brought it back & they said it was the catalytic converter & we would have to pay half, our half was $250. We paid $8000 for the car! My mechanic said they probably turned the check engine light off & it would've stayed off for about a hundred miles, I do believe they knew about this problem. We need 2 more cars in this family, but we're not buying from them! $250 is stopping them from making thousands more, what dummies!... read more
