What is ROSTPHA? Well, I’m glad you asked. ROSTPHA is an acronym for Release of Stress Through Physical Activity. The idea for ROSTPHA was born out of stress I was feeling while at work many years ago. Being under that constant stress my health started to decline. I knew then that I had to change something.
