Wouldn't recommend. My family who doesn't look native got approved for installments for an expensive surgery yet when my more native family brought a pet in they were denied that same offer. Absolutely disgusting
I can't say enought nice things about the staff here from the second you phone you are greeted with a very kind professional caring staff . I unfortunately needed an emergency vet visit this weekend and had to say goodbye to one of my pets and the Dr was absolutely amazing . He was compassionate , welcoming and answered any questions I had. Thank you for offering after hour care ❤️.
Incredibly friendly and professional staff. From the ladies at the desk to each vet we've seen, they've always been amazing. They have taken wonderful care of our cat Boris now for a few months and make each visit a fantastic experience. Excellent rates and top notch care. I cannot recommend the Rosthern clinic enough
The staff and Dr Triff were exceptional! They fit me and my puppy in on the same day and were very thorough and very kind. I would highly recommend going for any emergency or as a new vet. Me and Jasper are very grateful for their help.
