Extremely poor service, the room was absolutely disgusting with old food in the microwave and mold in the shower, the room smelt like cigarettes even though it's supposed to be non smoking and the sink tap was missing. The window doesn't open and when we try to check out before 12pm we are supposed to call a BC number to get our deposit back which the person who answered the phone was Extremely rude and claimed he went to the room but I completely doubt it because he then claimed he was busy and to go to the bar to check out... read more
