Overall, I found the staff not competent or reliable from the front desk employees, the techs and Dr. Rostami. I got the requested CT scan but the office should have contacted me to inform me they didn’t get the results, which resulted in an unnecessary and wasteful follow-up. The dr. was adamant about starting me on medication with no reliable evidence and the ct scan confirmed nothing serious.
