A very professional company from the director to the apprentice. Extremely happy with the service I received and the finished product. This is obviously a family business due to the time they have for their customers. They promised me a date up upheld their word.. RSR even detailed my car inside and out at completion. I have a 2017 VF Commodore and I was involved in a not at fault collison on the 23rd September 2025. The car suffered major front end damage. I am insured with Shannons. The claimed was made by phone and after providing all the details Shannons approved the claim after about 20 minutes. I was able to choose a repairer of my choice and nominated Rossys.
