I took my granddaughter to Rossy’s to get her hair dyed. It was a last minute appointment and she was graciously accepted. I felt welcomed the minute in entered the shop. My grand daughter explained what she wanted done to her hair. She was given a panel of hair color dyes to choose from and she was able to show pics of her style. The hair dresser listened attentively. When I returned to pick up my granddaughter, I was truly impressed with the outcome! She was beautiful!
