Nice atmosphere but a horrific experience. I requested a half up/half down hairstyle. I was more than specific as to exactly what I wanted. I didn’t get anything close to it. She back combed the crown of my hair to the point of it taking 2 shampoos and deep conditioning to finally get all the tangles out. Hair loss from that was awful! She refused to give me a price until after I was done. My fault for staying in retrospect.
