I brought my cat there for her very first vet appointment and they were absolutely amazing! She got a rabies shot and her nails cut, they were just so nice with her. I was very nervous when I first went in but they definitely eased my heart. 15/10 Thank you all so much!
Rosswell Animal Hospital is a fantastic veterinary clinic. They were quick to take a look at my dog and they were so compassionate. Dr. Kausar and all the staff were so wonderful and helpful. Definitely will be taking my dogs there from now on. Thank you so much!
Whenever I had concerns about my dog, I felt like I was getting brushed off or was an inconvenience to them for taking time out of their busy day. Every time I walked through the door I felt like a stranger and the staff didn't make the effort to remember my dog at all... each time I was there I had to explain things we had already discussed before and they acted like it was new information/gave me attitude. I am feeling really disappointed. This has been the veterinary clinic that we have been using since we’ve got our dog. I have recommended many of my friends and family to this clinic because over all the experience has been good. The conversation I just had over the phone with the veterinarian has me deeply concerned and rethinking all of my past interactions with her.
