Amazing place! Have been here for 3 months which times go by so fast but by yet has been nothing but great. Close to everything, friendly service and neighborhood and even with some minor issues have been fixed asap very appreciated. And recommend this place to anyone looking to find a new home!
As with any apartment complex there’s going to be issues….Parking near the building is inadequate requiring tenants and guests to walk down alleyways to get to building. The building is supposed to be smoke free. There were multiple issues with fire alarms going off year round resulting in tenants sitting in their vehicles while the fire department sorted through calls. Elevator was out a lot. You pay all utilities + an extra 25.00 for your trash to be taken out. This would create an odor in the halls. This is not optional. ... read more
I honestly don't get all the 5 star reviews? We had several water leaks, door handles falling off, a dishwasher that didn't work properly, the shower faucet flew off & bruised my calf, etc & communication was the worst we've ever experienced. 3rd floor was full of pot smokers which kept the smell up 24/7. We were so disappointed, after being really excited. A lot of late night parking lot yelling & even a gun incident. Nobody We talked to before & after we left renewed their lease. A one & done place. Rossville, I do miss you! We moved out because we found somewhere that is closer to my work. However, with that being said, Rossville was one of the most pleasant places that we’ve ever experienced. Amy, Char, Mike, and the rest of the team were amazing. I think we are going to miss them the most. They are extremely pet friendly! Seems like they are all animal lovers! We moved in one year ago and from day one we have loved it. The views are amazing. You can see downtown Hamilton from the fourth floor and there’s so much to do the community.
