I don’t understand the negative reviews. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rossos for a few years now. I’m only rating 3 stars because… The only issue I have is their billing department. I keep receiving bills in the mail. I pay my copays before I’m seen. I can’t see the doctor if I don’t pay. And then being told by the receptionist, Marissa, just to ignore them, that doesn’t fix the underlying issue. Other than that, there is no issue.
