I don’t understand the negative reviews. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rossos for a few years now. I’m only rating 3 stars because… The only issue I have is their billing department. I keep receiving bills in the mail. I pay my copays before I’m seen. I can’t see the doctor if I don’t pay. And then being told by the receptionist, Marissa, just to ignore them, that doesn’t fix the underlying issue. Other than that, there is no issue.
Went four times to pharmacy to pick up prescription that was incorrectly entered; office response was bare. Issue I saw MD for was not resolved; minimal effort by MD to assess.
It’s good to note that the previous reviews were from a few years ago. During my visit everything was prompt and pleasant. The receptionist and the doctors made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I would recommend this ENT to friends and family.
