We use this practice alot, always the the pet first, they have a reasonably new vet, came from overseas with his family. Great person and very detailed thorough vet. Really good job for your recruitment you guys.
Amazing we took our dog there with swollen eyes and they attended to her immediately and so professionally. We have seen 3 vets here and they are all amazing customer for life. Update: they've gone down hill, my poor bella was having seizures and all we got told was to calm down and to not bring her back every time she had one despite us seeing her get worse. I took my beautiful Lily on Saturday. The vet said she has a serious chest infection, I asked questions and said was it her lungs, yes ? she a fever as well 10 days worth of tablets. This morning I took her to the 24 hr emergency vet at Campbelltown. She passed away 5hrs later. My

I found an injured stray on a Sunday. The animal welfare league vet was closed. They said rossmore vet will take care of the cat, as all vets have a duty of care for injured strays. When we went there, they said we will have to pay for treatment. We agreed as we knew the cat was in a lot of pain. When we saw the male vet, he refused to look at the cat as it hissed at him when he scruffed it. Of course the cat hissed, he was in a lot of pain and scarred.
